Latin Mass

We celebrate the Mass in Latin once a month.

We do this to make the sacred liturgy available in its ancient language for those who find this conducive to their prayer and worship. All are welcome.

The whole Mass is in Latin other than the readings which are in English. The text in Latin with English translation is available to enable full participation in the liturgy.

We sing some parts of the Mass using plainsong - the ancient Gregorian chant of the Church.

The next Mass in Latin will be celebrated after the summer.
